YouTube is an easy way for kids to have peace of mind while giving your child the opportunity to watch content online and now the app is officially appearing on one of the largest streaming platforms. YouTube kids are now on Amazon Fire TV.
A few months after Apple TV expanded, Amazon Fire TV is the latest debut for YouTube kids. The new app will be available to customers through the Amazon App Store today, July 9th, as usual to allow the app to control what content their parents can see through the app, removing some more pornographic filters from the platform.
Amazon said in a blog post:
The YouTube Kids app now has plenty of content for your kids on Fire TV. YouTube Kids is a separate app and it was created to provide a safe experience for kids that is more fun to explore on their own and easier for parents and caregivers to discover new and exciting interests along the way as well as guide their journey. Also, the whole app was designed to meet the needs of kids such as larger buttons for easy interaction and child friendly graphics to keep them involved.
