- 1.5 piece Roku Jean (order for driving)
- Tonic water
- Soda lemonade
- Glass: Collins
- Garnish: Japanese Daikon and Cucumber Saucepan *
Add the gin to Collins’ glass and pour on top of the ice. Half tonic and half club soda on top. Garnish with Japanese daikon and pickled cucumbers.
Japanese Daikon and Cucumber Saucepan *
- 2 Persian cucumbers
- A quarter small daikon radish
- 3 pinch salt
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
- .5 ounces of yuju or lemon juice
20 Daikon radish and cucumber cut into thin slices. Add all the ingredients to an airtight container and shake gently. Let the mixture cool for 10 – 15 minutes. Drain the water from the container and repack into a clean container.
