On Thursday, Google expanded Stadia access to all modern Android phones, and since then the mobile app has quickly installed millions. The Stadia website for potential users was redesigned to better sell the streaming service to news users and now has a list of available games.
For new or signed-out users, Stadia.com still advertises how you can “play for free” through a month-long Stadia Pro free trial that provides “instant access to a set of games.” Google then lets users know how users can buy titles directly and currently has a “10 10” without having to buy your first game with the Prodia Store Pro. Introducing Thursday, along with other announcements, it took the key aspect of rebuilding the site.
A new “Games” tab next to “About Stadia” at the top. It starts with listing the current set of included titles, including Stadia Pro. The .99 monthly subscription is described as a way to “create a library of incredible games” that is currently available as of June 17 – Elder Scrolls Online will launch for free tomorrow.
Below this is a grid of other titles that you can buy directly and take permanent ownership. Over the past few weeks the Google Store has maintained a list of similar Stadia games that also note “coming soon”. However, it does not distinguish what is currently included with the month-to-month Pro.
The rest of the studio’s website is rebuilt to “play instantly across your devices” – where the Premier Edition is advertised – and “free access to the studio.” Emphasizes. A section describing the technical advantages of the Pro subscription closes the page.
