Earlier, after launching the latest generation Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS system, Nintendo was proud to announce a much-awaited sequel to Super Mario Maker. This installment comes with a new setup and tools that players will have access to when creating custom Super Mario levels. Those of you who don’t own a copy of any installment of Super Mario Maker, but in a very short time, you’ve seen some gameplay footage. Both games became incredibly popular as it provided players with the tools they needed to build their own custom Super Mario levels around different installments of the franchise.
Outside of being able to customize how the level can play with different enemies and obstacles, players can shake up resources and visuals from a variety of Super Mario video game titles. With the sequel ending, players are still removing layers of new complex and fun video games. We’ve seen some incredible work from fans and even some insane gameplay footage of players finishing the series in some tough level format. At any rate, there is one more internal content update for the game that players want to keep an eye on.
Nintendo recently made a number of announcements to mark Mario’s 35th anniversary. With the addition of a series of new games and in-game content, Super Mario Maker 2 will be featured. Unfortunately, this is not a big content update so don’t expect to use any new tools or resources. Instead, this game update will come in the form of Ninji Speedron. We know that Spidarun will be presented in November and that’s it.
We are unsure whether this update features an already established level or popular fan creation mash-up. However, as it is being set up in an effort for fans to enjoy the game with Mario’s 35th anniversary celebrations, we are expecting something unique for the players. At any rate, for those of you who don’t have a copy of Super Mario Maker 2 on hand yet, you can do it now for the Nintendo Switch.
