God of War is a huge suffrage and Sony’s main exception. Since its re-launch on PlayStation 2, fans have been enjoying the power of taking on the role of Kratos as well as avenging Greek mythological deities. It has been an exciting journey and after 3 battles of God, it was not sure if we would see Kratos return. Of course, we know that the Cretos makes a big comeback on the PlayStation 4 with just a soft reboot of the kind called God War.
This latest installment has again put the players back in the role of Kratos but instead of staying in Greece the players have been thrown into the Norse mythological battle. This is a great video game title and often players are advised to pick on the PlayStation 4 but the PlayStation 5 is now available and we are seeing more gamers move from the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 console. Despite this, there is still support for the PlayStation 4 and we won’t see a plug in the Sony console platform for at least a few more years.
However, speculation that upcoming video game titles will only be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 has not stopped. We know that another game of the World Game is in the works. The title of the work at the moment is seemingly God of War Ragnarok and it is a game about which none of us know anything. We only have one teaser available and it’s only showing the title name which means we were just wondering what the game will be like, who will be back from the PlayStation 4 installment and of course if we get another cross -Jen release.
As these questions remained unanswered, a fan of David Jaff came up with the God of War franchise during a Twitch stream. Of course, David Jaffe is a notable person in the franchise because he was the main director behind the battle of God with the creative director of God of War 2 and since then he has not been with the god of the war franchise so nothing is said. Official statement from the studio.
With that said, David Jaff was asked if the god of war would be on Ragnarok PlayStation 4 where David must have said it would be. David Jaff could read how other exclusive video game titles are being provided as a cross-gen release at the moment or he may have more insider knowledge behind this project. Either way, we’ll have to wait and see what happened to Ragnarok, the god of war.
