Cyberpunk 2077 has already sold 13 million units

One of the most anticipated and hyped video game titles for 2020 is CD Project Red’s Cyberpunk 207777 The video game title was launched several years ago and it was that the developers came up with an incredibly successful trilogy known as Witcher, fans had all their expectations. Set sky-high for this RPG release.

In fact, the hype was so huge that CD Project Red made enough money from pre-orders to cover all marketing campaigns and development costs for the title. Again, the game was hyperactive for several years and was completely ruined by the outbreak of this coronavirus health epidemic in 2020, with the development team continuing to provide fans with this title before the 2021 hits.

Of course, this was probably not the best idea. Although the developers claimed that the project was doing well in the market and was ready for release, there were several delays by 2020 to make the game the best it could be for the platforms available. When the game was finally released, fans were met with frustration at how badly the title had run. Now the game has bug features across all platforms, but it’s the console gamers who have the most problems with Cyberpunk 2077.

In particular, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One Standard Edition consoles are basically non-playable. The latest updates are making things better but the damage was already done. This is the result of several refunds, both physical and digital, which we do not usually see for the sale of digital video games. In fact, there was supposed to be a potential legal lawsuit against CD Project Red from investors who found the launch incredibly weak despite the number of sales.

Speaking of sales, even after counting through returns, CD Project Red warned their followers and investors that they had managed to sell more than 13 million units of Cyberpunk 2077. It covers both physical and digital sales platforms. If you can use the desired platform, it is definitely an impressive game. Now again, this title requires a lot of hard work, lots of bugs to address, but it is clear that the players are enjoying such titles.
