One of the easily anticipated video game titles this year is CD Project Red’s Cyberpunk 207777 The Night in the City, which is our playground for when the title launches. Unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait a little longer for the release of Cyberpunk 2077 as the game has recently been delayed once more.
It was announced yesterday that Cyberpunk had delayed pushing the game to its November launch since its September release of 2077. The reasoning behind the delay was relatively simple. The studio has perfectly completed the game which means everything from resources, cutscenes, missions and anything else you can think of to Cyberpunk 2077. So instead of throwing the game into the market, the complex mechanics of the game have combined to create a number of bugs. This is something that some gamers are forced to deal with when a new big title game is released on the market.
Instead of launching the game with bugs for developers to discover and patch, the CD is holding the Red Project title to give players the perfect best-polished work for their enjoyment. With that said, some might think that if the multiplayer elements planned for the game and the DLC are finished soon after release, it won’t. It was reported during the call to investors that CD Project Red has revealed that additional content for the game, such as greater expansion and modes of multiplayer games, will be released later without purpose.
That being said, the release date was in no way linked to any delays in the expansion and multiplayer elements, we don’t know exactly how much at the moment. At any rate, fans can still expect Cyberpunk 2077 to hit the market on November 19, 2020 for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
