Bob Toy took to the PlayStation Blog to bring some interesting new gameplay footage to the upcoming entry into the Crash Bandicoot franchise – Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s Almost Time!
As you can probably see from the title, a new playable character has been announced and the real girlfriend of his crash from the first entry in the series. But he has the spin, because he is in the alternative universe.
This toner has a new style, a unique play style of other characters and a bold new character. This is the first time we’ll learn more about Tona because she hasn’t appeared in the franchise since the first title! The developers have released a new gameplay walkthrough with PlayStation Underground, which effectively demonstrates the character!

The developer toy for Bob discusses the rebuilding of Tovana in the latest Crash title and brings some clear insights into the new development characters:
Appearing as Crash’s girlfriend in Tracy’s first game, Tona was a miserable believer and we never learned too much about her. Early in Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s about time, with the purchase and Tona of Cocoa Cross Paths Tona for Toy Bob which we called “Twelvevers” there is an alternative dimension where he is the protagonist in his own story. This has given us the opportunity to rethink our approach and set a clear new voice for it in Crash 4.
As an alternative universe character, there was plenty of creative freedom to re-imagine our witchcraft. This witch is an experienced adventurer, brave, driven and confident hero. Her strength and curiosity needed to be borne, so we turned to strong athletic bodies as her physical inspiration. She’s the lone wolf who likes to think she doesn’t need anyone’s help, and we wanted her outfit to cover all aspects of her appearance, from her appearance to the range of her expression.
In related news, the developers announced today that an upcoming demo will be able to download this month for users who have decided to pre-order this game. If you are interested in learning more about the upcoming demo, read the full article here!
