Compatible with CD Project Red Announced Cyberpunk 2077 Backwards, Users Get Free Next Generation Upgrades

Renowned developer, CD Project Reed came to Twitter this morning with their upcoming RPG title – Cyberpunk 207777, really backwards compatible!

This means players will be able to pick up the game on launch day for current generation consoles and then continue the epic RPG on next generation consoles if they decide to choose one for themselves.

In addition to that exciting news, the developers further mentioned that users who receive a copy of Cyberpunk 2077 for PS4 or Xbox One will get a free upgraded version of the title to choose from in their next generation consoles!

For fans who are looking forward to playing Cyberpunk 20, this is great news. The thought of launching the game on PS PS5 or Xbox Series X would have been a bit of a shock, so the developers would love to see the passage included.
