ITV has released a brand new dating show, which will challenge the two singles to go with each other … on a first date.
In a growing world of texting, social media and dating applications, the series challenges its participants to move away from their screens and become curious about their potential partners.
They will instantly move together in a luxurious log cabin, complete with a hot tub located somewhere in the British countryside and a beautiful view.
Against this romantic background, they will have plenty of time to get to know each other but what would they like to discover? Hopefully the reactions to some of the stimulating awkward silence of expressing sincere love will change wildly.
Viewers will be able to follow all the antiques as they are exposed, watching sparks fly as new words expand, or watching the flames flicker as the difficult conversation begins.
After 24 hours of each other’s company, the couple will then have to decide if they want to spend more time together or leave by calling one day.
Paul Mortimer, head of acquisitions at ITV’s digital channel and acquisition, said:
“We are thrilled to bring this show to ITV2 viewers who will find their first-line seats for our first couples in search of true love.”
Based on the ITV format, international versions of the series have already been prepared, proving particularly popular in the Netherlands, which has already watched more than 200 episodes titled Late Love Rule.
