Android 11 Beta 2 adds more settings for ‘Conversation’

One of the biggest changes to Android 11 comes in the form of notifications with a number of useful tweets. “Conversations” makes Android’s notification section a powerful tool for messaging and now has a dedicated settings space to manage the feature’s

If you dig into Settings> Apps and Notifications on Android 11 Beta 2, you’ll find a whole new section. The list first includes a new “Conversation” section.

This new section may be blank for most users, but it is basically a catch-all for any tweet in a message notification. The same applies silently to notifications from specific individuals or applications. Google explains:

Once you prioritize a conversation or make any other changes to the conversation, they will appear here.

There is also a new pop-up when marking conversations as a priority, which for the first time in Android 11 will include a link to this new settings page as you can see below.
