“Colorful buds combine great design with tough features and exceptional sound”
IPX5 weatherproof rating
Valuable sound quality
Solid codec support
Medium Bluetooth range
Effective, but limited control
When July 1 came out with Colorbuds, the audio company said it was aiming to “bring fashion and audio together” with lively, new, truly wireless earbuds. With color options like Midnight Black, Tobalite Gold, Sakura Pink or Spermint Green, it nailed one edge of this combination just outside the gate.
The other end certainly investigates a bit more. As much as বেশি 100 colorbeds can talk to you about attractive shades, it’s important to know exactly what you’re gaining in audio-intelligence with these tiny, affordable earbuds.
Out of the box
Colorful buds and their charging case look forward to welcoming you as soon as you open the packaging, decorated with the bright color you choose. I went for Spearmint Green and really true, these buds are much more “Spearmit” than “Green”. For the price of it, my significant other said it looks like I wore a mini Easter egg in my ear. I don’t know if this look is looking for 1 more person but I don’t think so.

The box has three extra pairs of outputs, a USB-C charging cable, a quick-start guide, a warranty card and a sticker to my delightful surprise. Including a pair of genuine wireless earbuds is mostly standard stuff but the sticker was a great extra touch.
Here’s how to set up Colorbuds: It’s not difficult, but you have to follow the instructions. There are small plastic strips that need to be removed from each bud, which should be put back in the case to activate them. Don’t make the mistake of forgetting a strip, then use the standard Bluetooth pairing method and walk instantly, just to know that you’re stuck with mono sound because a bud hasn’t turned on yet. Trust me, this is a small but insane difficulty.
Colorbuds have Bluetooth 5 technology that is usually the basis for automatic passing in terms of range and connectivity. But for whatever reason, I don’t think Collarbuds have enjoyed the range I have enjoyed using other buds with the help of Tech. I couldn’t get to the other end of my house without cutting my audio noticeably, I could go to my backyard without dropping other products. Maybe it’s just my specific pair, but they don’t have the range I expected in Bluetooth 5 earbuds and headphones.
In addition to Apple AirPods, which weigh 4 grams each, Color Buds has the advantage of a simple size compared to many more expensive products. These weigh 4.1 grams per bud, which is significantly lighter than industry heavyweights like the Google Pixel Bud 2, Samsung Galaxy Buds + and Amazon Echo Bud.

The case is comparatively more compact than the 40-gram case of AirPods. Run the numbers, and it is the equivalent of earbuds that feel extremely light in your ears with a thin case as a nonfactor in your pocket. The earbuds themselves call 1More a “streamlined ergonomic design” and as the marketing sounds, I have to agree. These flush your ears and make you feel safe but comfortable.

The colorbeds have no physical buttons, only touch controls on each bud. When I first played with them, I was ready to write about how to eliminate colorbloods volume controls by adding another pair of real wireless earbuds, these are included if not available and seem so harmful. I’ve downloaded the application, and then 1 Moore music touch controls and programmable commands can include a maximum of volume it has been relieved.
The rest of the problem here, from my point of view, is that there is really only room for two separate controls under the current configuration of Colorbuds. There is no single tap control, only double and triple. When there are four different commands that you can set (play / pause, track forward or backward, volume up or down, and voice assistant), you are forced to select two and lose the rest. I chose Track Forward / Back and Volume Up / Down, but I can’t say I didn’t miss asking Alexa for help.
The most comparable earbuds in terms of features and price with colored buds can only be one of their closest relatives, 1 more stylish. Before I go any further, there are a few key points to keep in mind: The standard in true wireless earbuds was much different than it is today, so Stylish first faced the scene. While Stylish originally sold for ড 10, you’ll now find them more affordable at ড 20 compared to the new $ 100 colorbody.

Let’s talk Battery Life: Stylish has 6.5 hours of playback on a single charge and a total of 24 hours of battery life when charging, as well as a quick-charge option that gives you 2 hours after 15 minutes of case. By comparison, colorbloods are 6 hours per charge and 22 hours with the case a little worse. It’s better than about 5 hours found in pixel buds or airpods, but not great at an age where the Samsung Galaxy Buds + and Sony WF-SP800N Like earbuds sinking during double-digit playback and the best options are not found hit at least 8 hours per charge. At this price, I will give a pass to the battery life of Colorbuds. But be aware that there are better options out there.
I’m a fan of the IPX5 weather-resistance rating given to ColorBuds, which beats products like the Pixel Bud 2 (IPX4) and Apple AirPods and the Sony WF-1000XM3 that don’t have weather-resistance ratings. This gives colorbeds strong protection against water and sweat, making them an effective alternative to make them effective. These may not be the true budget wireless products I would choose for practice – it will probably be the Anchor SoundCore Spirit X2 that has an IP67 weather resistance and nine hours of battery life despite their unconventional ear design – but they are worth a pinch.

This section is not complete without mentioning the auto-pause functionality built into Colorbuds, which stops audio when you remove a bud and resumes tunes when you put it in. It’s a feature we’ve seen in many earbuds before, but it’s a feature Which has been surprisingly left out of a growing number of products. It is a welcome surprise to include this price range.
From truly wireless earbuds to stylish ones to wired buds like the 1 Moore Dual Driver ANC Pro, 1 Moore’s record of valuable sound development is almost unheard of. Its winning formula is not exactly privacy: most of these products have powerful drivers, great codec support and professional tuning in common.

With colorbuds, I think it’s safe to add one more pair (pan!) Wearable pair to the list. They tune in to the Moore Checklist with a full range balanced armature in the center of the sound, support for APTX / AAC / SBC codecs, and a Grammy Award-winning sound engineer. The result: they sound great.
To be more descriptive (and accurate), they sound great for their price. For 100, the colorbeds give you a lot more than a reasonable amount of clarity, good lower edges, and sturdy stereo separation. It just feels like a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-non-situation with these earbuds, which is really a win-win. I’d like to go nitpick and go more smoothly with the frequency rather than blurring these buds occasionally, but at buds of this length and price it rarely seems to. Colorbuds shouldn’t hold the standard of Sony or Sennheiser, but they certainly did meet the expectations of our 1 more audience device.

The company also drew attention to the call quality of colorbodies that have four microphones and built-in environmental noise cancellation technology. Under the new rules, I couldn’t test these earbuds for everyday commute, but for the environment I found myself, from a quiet home office to a busy street sidewalk, the colorbeds were extremely efficient at keeping both ends of my conversation clean.
1 My ColorBods have worse battery life than its older cousins and have some built-in control limitations. But they are small price to pay for the great design, tough overall features and exceptional sound from 1More to the latest.
Is there a better option than this?
If the earhook designs don’t stop you, the Ker 80 Anchor SoundCore Spirit X2 has better features for less than $ 20. Also, the old 1 more stylish has the same features for decent discounts. But colorbuds have a design and features that make them more attractive than some high-priced competitors.
How long will they last?
Colorbuds have a one-year warranty and an IPX5 rating for weather protection. I’m more worried about losing the buds on the couch than about being damaged.
Will you buy them?
Yes. For $ 100, the design, features and sound of 1 more colorbeds match the bright colors they wear. They wanted to be fun and enjoyable for the budget-minded person and they are
